Rozgar Mela: Strengthening Employment and Nation-Building
The Rozgar Mela, held at 40 sites nationwide, seeks to empower the youth of India by providing them with opportunities to engage in nation-building efforts. The newly appointed individuals will be integrated into various Central Government Ministries and Departments, such as the Department of Revenue, the Department of Higher Education, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, among others.
Foundational Training for New Recruits Through ‘Karmayogi Prarambh’
The newly appointed personnel will engage in introductory training via the ‘Karmayogi Prarambh’ online module available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. This platform provides access to more than 1,400 e-learning courses, which are designed to equip recruits with the necessary skills for their positions and to align with the vision of a ‘Viksit Bharat.’ The initiative is regarded as a significant measure to prepare young individuals for impactful roles in government service and to aid in achieving national development objectives.
